yup. 3x xp, 3x drop, 10x quest (that's what their banner says)
it's a private server, so it's down quite a bit, but it's free and definitely more my pace.

just replace your realmlist.wtf contents with
set realmlist wow.anirena.com
that's it. tbc works on it too! well mostly, i dont think drops work yet in outland.
maybe valshak or zephalim can elaborate, they know more about it than i.
